Get yourself 4 or 5 pounds of chicken wings. Salt and pepper your wings. Fry them in 400 degree vegetable oil. Cook the wings until crisp and brown. Heat a stick of butter a quarter cup of Louisiana Hot Sauce and a splash of white wine vinegar in a sauce pan while stirring well for a few minutes. Pour the sauce over the wings and serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. Invite a few left and right wing whack-jobs over and eat the wings while they fight.
